    ADVENTURE RACING

Adventure Racing is a multi-disciplinary team sport that typically involves navigation over a long course in the wilderness. The principal disciplines in adventure racing are trekking or trail running, mountain biking and paddling or rafting. However, they often include elements of skiing, stand-up paddling, kayaking, rock-climbing, abseiling, horse-packing, white-water rafting and paragliding.

    OBSTACLE COURSE RACING

Obstacle Course Racing involves running over a course ranging from 100 meters to over 50 km interspersed with any where from 10 to 100 obstacles. It is one of the fastest growing mass-participation sports in the world and is often referred to as a mud-run when the courses are intentionally designed to be slushy. Obstacles typically include carrying, crawling, climbing, jumping, pulling and pushing.
