Development, Augmentation and Promotion of:

a. Sport Development: Develop, assist and encourage Olympic and Non-Olympic Sports all over India.
b. Women Empowerment: Support female participation in the sport and physical activity, promote gender equality and empower women using sports.
c. Rural Development: To increase the level of participation in sport, adventure sports, art and culture and physical activity for children and youth in rural areas to improve their heath and well being.
d. Manoeuvre: To do all other things that may be necessary or expedient to promote the development of sports, Sport Science and Games in the country and for the conduct of its business.
e. Work and employment generation: Creation of Jobs, Employability and opportunities especially for the rural areas and the far fetched areas of operations and for all its members.
a. To be involved in conducting camps, clinics, events, and training sessions at various venues, organisations, educational institutes, sponsored events and federation owned academies for the development of sports, adventure sports and adventure racing.
b.To increase the level of participation of youth, children and women with special emphasis on rural areas in Sports, Adventure sports, adventure racing, Tourism and Cultural activities through training.
c. To educate the public of the country as to the value of culture, sport, sports science and physical education; In cooperation with National Recognized and Non Recognized Sports Federations.
d. To run coaching centres, gymnasiums, health clubs, fitness centres, betting houses, indoor stadiums, sports physiotherapy centres, sports bars, aerobic clubs, fitness centres, yoga centres, slimming centres, nutrition clinics, and sports clubs in general by taking individual/ corporate membership either with defined rights of access or otherwise and either directly or through franchisee arrangement or in partnership with others.
e. To select, sponsor, prepare and maintain Indian teams for training and representation in similar sports and events of international level in other countries.
f. To provide job opportunities and employment possibilities through professional vocational training in sports, Adventure Sports, tourism and art and culture.
4. Research and development:
To aid, support, existing R&D and initiate it in the field of:

5. Racing and Events:
To create and organise various events for such promotion and training; and utilise them for propagation and development of sports, Adventure Sports and tourism.
a. To conduct and organise events/races/competitions of all/one/many types of sports, adventure sport of international/ national/ district and regional level through the year.

6. Building, establishing and holding of Infrastructure: space, clubs, ownership of teams
a. To hold, maintain, sustain and develop infrastructure, equipment material, tools, goods, acquired through investment, purchase, grant, donation, or lease.
b. To organize sports events, maintaining sports teams, construction, manufacture, deal or trade in gaming equipments, apparatus or items maintenance and taking on or leasing out stadiums (Indoor and outdoor) or player’s ground, providing coaching to players, engaging umpires, ground men, and undertaking other related sports and cultural activities, related to sports events or activities, provision and maintenance of gaming clubs.
c. To hold, maintain, sustain and develop infrastructure, equipment material, tools, goods, acquired through investment, purchase, grant, donation, or lease.
d. To arrange for leisure activities, entertainment facilities, refreshment outlets, engaging sponsors, publishing advertising materials, undertaking promotions, organizing press conferences and other allied activities for facilitating the sports/ games/cultural events.
e. To build/maintain/run adventure/theme parks for the benefit of the federation.
7. Media Management:
a. Engaging in all activities related to Marketing, Advertising, Dealing with Media enterprise, television rights, and all such publicity for the benefit of the federation.
b. Buying, selling, trading of media/television rights for creating business and financial benefit to the federation.
8. Creation of Jobs, Employability and opportunities especially for the rural areas and the far fetched areas of operations.
a. Support and assist financially or otherwise clubs/agencies/organisations/institutions/establishments/ NGO/ Government organisations, involved in all the above similar tasks.
b. Liaise and work in conjunction/contracts/agreements with such agencies including accepting support and assistance financially or otherwise.
c. To collaborate with youth clubs, schools and university establishments in India to propagate the fundamental principles of this society at National level and International level within the framework of the federation.
10. Implementation of Projects: on Sports, Fitness, Youth welfare, Women issues, Disability, Environment, Health, Education, Science, Art, Culture, Rural, Old age etc.
11. Representation of Fraternity: IFASR and its members will represent the fraternity and speak/ voice concerns pertaining to Activities/sports/adventure sports which are covered by it in forums, governments, congresses, media and other federations. It will act as a linkage between the fraternities and such organisations.
